What a fantastic job Jack and the team did! As well as providing a very competitive quote they completed the works to budget and to a great timescale to get us the extension we needed before Christmas. Communication was positive throughout the job and the sharing of design ideas and their experience was essential to achieve the results we wanted. Arsens did an extremely good job on both the hall way and especially the kitchen, as all the tiles and hard board had to be removed first before he could lay the floor. Which was laid to an extremely high standard. I will definitely use Arsens again.

I did not hire this company due to the fact I requested a payment but only received in its place a weekly payment which was not based on work completed. When ai informed them they wanted to return and chat about it. I was not prepared to do this as it did not give me any good vibes as all builders will give a quote which is then backed by a payment plan based on work completed
