He was very prompt to reply to my posting and appeared in the garden just a couple of days later. He did such a good job he's coming back to build us a bike shed and sort out the flowerbeds. Attended promptly but did not conplete all the work I asked for. Just changed a fuse and replaced a light switch. When I asked him to return to complete the work he was very reluctant to do so.

Ecotech carried out a complete bathroom installation. At the time i wasn't completely happy with the tiling - although a few years on, the tiles haven't dropped off! One or two issues where certain activities were carried out without checking with me first but in general everything was ok

I have been a Gas engineer for 42 years. Learned my trade with British Gas then started my own business 20 years ago. I also trained up my son, Matthew, who now works with me. We offer a full and thorough service on all gas appliances including LPG.
He phoned and left voice message to say he would come to do the work, I sent him a message to say yes please come and do the work for me and I never heard another word.
