We believe our clients should get to know the tradesman/people who are working on their project and not find that they are paying for a constant supply of strangers who are just on site to do a job as quickly as possible. We share a great deal of time with our clients and often their families too, we also return home to our own families and talk about the day we had at work! As we share our lives together through this time we make every effort to make it an enjoyable experience for everyone involved. You hear many people saying that they would never do a large build again, meaning that the experience, was too stressful for whatever reason! We believe it doesn't need to be this way. Our approach can help avoid this and we will always advise a new potential client to speak to our previous clients and view our works. I asked Simon to paint the inside of my house and all woodwork and ceilings. I did say the kitchen and bathroom didn't need doing, so they didn't paint the bathroom door oneighbour the inside but that was part of the woodwork so you have to be specific about what you ask to be done. Also he said he would come back to look at things I wasn't happy with, I emailed him twice but he never came back.

Excellent work from Heating Homes replacing two heavy duty oil boilers in an external boiler house. David and Robert (the principals) were good to deal with at the quotation stage, came up with a fair price, and oversaw the project to completion on time and as quoted. Luke, who did most of the work, was amazingly tidy, working late to get the system running before Christmas and returned on a Sunday evening to deal with a small problem which had unexpectedly developed. Very professional all round.
