Person called walked around looking at the four lights to be replaced and said no problem I will email you a quote tomorrow. No email or contact to say yes or no to a simple job of replacing the lights. I became disabled two years ago otherwise I would have done the job myself. My advice to anyone thinking of employing this person, stay well away, because if the work is as good as his reliability then don't expect a good job.
