we experienced some bad situations with these people and would not like to go through that experience again-no no no
ÀVOID AT ALL COSTS , VILE MAN Found him on a group for tradsmen came for a quote and asked For 18 thousands for the roof we nearly signed up but then hired a company who tracked the leak from windows ...so we decided to fix windows first ...this guy wouldnt leave me alone ,everytime i asked for a different tradsmen he replied with fragile ego and became very aggressive ...i am very thankful that we didnt sign up with him imagine if we disagreed after work let alone a quote ... horrible attitude avoid
Emailed through their enquiry form weeks ago - heard nothing. The one star is because I cannot give none.
Unhelpful and impatient. Bought some metal sheets a year ago and experienced heavy condensation this winter. No warning was give that this might happen when I bought the sheets. Went back to ask for advice on how to remedy the situation and the staff were dismissively and unhelpful and completely unwilling to work out a solution. If you are anything but a professional metal roof fitter avoid this place
Tried to rip me off by claiming I was after a full roof survey. All I wanted was a quote for storm damage and a detailed description of the damage. Wanted £150 + VAT for now work at all. No doubt he'll try and justify this, but no other roofer tried to pull this stunt with me, so I went with another provider. In the end he just stopped replying to my emails. Complete waste of time. Best avoided.
