Complete Bathroom Refurbishment
Really friendly guys who stayed late every night to get the job done. Really happy with how they finished our bathroom to a really high standard and listened to what we wanted from start to finish. Cleaned up after themselves too - even hoovered my stairs. Turned an old room into a fab modern useable space. Will defo get them back for the kitchen.

Have now got mould in my ceiling which has affected all my upstairs bedrooms as a result of the extractor fan in the bathroom not being installed properly. Loose tubing leading in the loft not actually connected to anything with nowhere for the water to go. Realised this when the fan stopped working and went to investigate further. Contacted Robert who was "too busy" to come but said he would come at 9.30 the next day to have a look. Failed to show. avoid this company. Corners were clearly cut.

Avoid this company. Have mould in my roof as a result of the extractor fan being connected to nothing in the loft and water just collecting up there in a random tube. All bedrooms upstairs developing mould as a result. Corners were cut. Robert was asked to return and look at the damage to which he said he was too busy and would come the next morning at 9.30am has failed to show up at all. AVOID.

Excellent job. Completed on time to specification requested. Attention to detail and finish to a high standard. Tidy, courteous and dedicated. Will use again.

Highly recommend McCallums for any sensitive period restorations. We had two bathrooms taken back to brick and restored. I had very specific asks and very very out-of-date Victorian plumbing! Nothing was any trouble, and the attention to detail was exceptional. I won’t be letting anyone else near my home in the future!
