Had this company around, quoted £20,000 for a whole new roof. Only needed some repairs done to the roof. Other quotes from roofers came to £10,000 and friend had charged £8,000 for a similar sized roof. Would avoid if you don’t want to waste your money.

Paid £230 plus vat for a roof survey when buying a house. Was given a full report outlining work that needed doing to the main roof including replacing purlins and the flat roof totalling £8940 for the main roof and £8280 for the flat roof. I then had a further 2 surveys done (one by the seller and one by a family friend of mine with 25 years roofing experience) plus a fitter survey of the flat roof and all advised that no work whatsoever needed doing.
