They made two appointments, at times to suit them, to look over job. They didn’t turn up to either appointment.

I asked the trader to remove our upstairs bathroom suite and tiles and cap the pipes left. The job was done quickly and the items neatly stacked for us. However, they didn’t cap the sink pipes unknown to us and we woke up to water pouring through our downstairs ceiling after it had been leaking all night long (unknown to us). Despite numerous WhatsApp’s (which I can see have been read), calls and messages I’ve still had no response between 7.30am and 10.30am. I can’t imagine what the cost of repairing

Paid this company to remove our bathroom suite, tiles and cap off pipes. They didn’t cap the pipes. We woke up the next day to water flowing through our ceiling downstairs. We have hundreds, if not thousands of pounds worth of damage and despite numerous calls, WhatsApp’s (which I could see were read) and messages they have ignored me ever since. Even when I rang up begging for help as to how to stop the leak… completely ignored. I would leave 0 stars if I could.

Beware of this company! I paid them to remove our bathroom suite, tiles and cap off remaining pipes. Thought all was fine but next morning I woke up to water from the bathroom pouring through our downstairs ceiling. We had to pay for a plumber who confirmed that they hadn’t properly capped the pipes. We have hundreds, ifnot thousands of pounds of damage. Despite calls, text and WhatsApp’s (which I could see were read and that he was online) have all been ignored since. Even when I was asking for help!
