What should have been straight forward has been forward as I got parts is a disaster. We are no better off but now have to fix ourselves . £120 out of pocket as well. Promises a lot and is very affable but never turned up as promised and had to be constantly chased,

Nothing actually done despite two visits in a week. We'll have to fix ourselves. Paid £120 as I thought work had been finished but it failed shortly after he left first time. Promised the world, never turned up at agreed time.

Did an excellent job and kept us informed about what was wrong and what he was doing. Also spotted (and fixed) another issue which we hadn't seen - and didn't ask any extra for that as I'd already paid. Very reasonably priced as well
