A job that at first sight seemed to be completed well turned into a nightmare. My drive was destroyed, weeds coming through everywhere. Despite numerous attempts to contact and fairly resolve I have still not had the issue sorted. I have now employed an established and qualified professional to complete the work. Paying twice for the same issue isn't something I had initially budgeted for!

Lance came to fix a leak which had caused some damage to our property. He traced the source of the leak quickly, he was decisive, effective and finished the job the same afternoon. He kept me up to date with what he had found and charged a fair price, we had previously been quoted nearly three times as much by another plumber! Thank you Lance
