Slate & Tiled Roof
Sadly this firm let me down. When they arrived,they said they were unaware the house was 3 storey with slate roof. They had the photos I sent to Rated and my advert clearly stating the above information. I am unsure where the confusion was. I did receive a call from them to say they appeared to have the wrong information. So I am not sure if this was a miscommunication with Rated. I am disappointed as really needed the job done

I can't actually comment on work completed by Stromguard, as they didn't do the job,due to misinformation. My score reflects the lack of communication it would appear between Rated and Stromguard. This would need to be dealt with between themselves.
