Tom talked a good job, but failed to deliver. Plasterboards he erected had to be taken down and replaced as socket holes far to big. Not enough timber framework between joints. Little to no cleaning after working. Tools still left behind months after finishing. There's more but no space to write it on here.... Still waiting for receipts and house key! Avoid if you don't want to be disappointed!

Sorry to add this bad report but I’ve waited quite a long time for Tom to come and amend his bad work. Still hasn’t come and is now ignoring all calls etc. First rainfall my patio has two areas, one side of the house the patio has a massive pool of water standing not draining away. I’ve repeatedly called and asked Tom to come. He came once and drilled a couple of holes, that hasn’t solved the problem. He is not responding to me now so I’m stuck with it. Paid a lot of money and so dissatisfied

Hired Tom 4 bathrm repair, job turned full renovation. Other jobs fix major damp prob (walls/ceilings5rooms), waterproof flatroof, removal velux/making good ceilings, new blown render. He was friendly, v helpful. Plus extra people so jobs done quickly. Comms/photos/videos excellent (I was 165miles away). Very pleased with the results. I spent £42K+ received no itemised bills (he'd email them Fridays NOT) no guarantees, now igoring my calls! Very unhappy!
