Mr Kefford responded to my quote request quickly, visited that afternoon. I'd initially asked for a tile replacement, but we discussed other work i thought might be needed and he gave me options and explanations and a realistic view of what needed doing, which I appreciated and influenced my choosing him. He and his worker came early next day, explained the work to be done in detail and updated me regularly. The job was done quickly and fully cleared up once done. A decent, genuine guy, highly recommended

Billy and his team were reliable and provided a very good service. It's was really helpful to have regular communication to get the best out of the work. He was very accommodating and genuinely made every effort to do a good job. Would definitely use Williams roofing again.
