I want to share my experience with Mr. Billie Woods, as it's important for others to be aware. I hired him for a toilet job and paid upfront, but he failed to complete the work and disappeared with my money. After many attempts to contact him, I had to take legal action. I eventually won a court judgment, but it has been a long process. Mr. Woods is now being pursued by the police and the court for the funds he took. I advise anyone considering working with him to proceed with caution,

I have to agree with another recent rating, in that the proprietor seemed less than interested in locating and fixing the leak, as detailed, and very focussed on selling me a new bathroom instead, and start that afternoon.. I can only suspect that they didn't bother with anything as trivial as taking time to plan or consult with me for fear that I might back out before it was too late. What clinched it for me was his emphatic insistence that my inurers would pay for it. As if he could possibly know that!

  When the job was done the roofer gave us guarantee, stating that the guarantee was the reason for the high price. Less than a year later, the leaks reappeared, even worse than before. The roofer came and himself admitted the job was not up to standard and he had to fix it. When we reached back to schedule the fix, he stopped responding. We have been chasing for weeks and there has been no answer. I would not hire this plumber or roofer, they are not reliable and the standard of their workmanship is poor.

ZERO Rating! Ignore the ONE Star Rating (it's only way I could post this rating)! Don't consider calling this company. They will try to rob you (& your insurance provider). This company is recommended by 'Rated People', but, take my advise DON'T call them. They couldn't find a water leak if you pointed it out to them. They should be called 'WITH Stress Maintenance & Plumbing' You've been warned!

  Really poor service overcharged me for a small part when called back to sort out the job which they did not do properly they stalled me all week I took the whole week off for them to turn up no one did then they stopped answering my phone calls. Don’t use this company absolutely shocking expect to be ripped off

  I think this is Totally unfair for this Rating to be put up when my Engineer explained that After a Week you Decided to contact us regarding a leak which may of not Even been our Company fault in the first place We Explained That the Engineer had a Death in the Family Unfortunately to which you Also Was not Happy about Our Company Offered a Full Refund Which you wouldnt Excpect Our Company Take Great PrIde in our work we also offered to complete Work but again you refused
