I posted the job over the weekend, received a phone call before 9 a.m. Monday morning, the electrician was here within twenty minutes. Did the job and tested all safety aspects and done within good time.

I found Matthew to be very honest and trustworthy ,he explained what needed doing without trying to fob me off with some tall stories ,he was clean and tidy at all times ,very polite ,not afraid of hard work ,in fact one very cold night he was still working in the dark to make sure everything was working ok ,I would highly recommend Matthew to anybody ,in fact I have told all my many friends about him and his clean and tidy work ,excellient work,very reliable ,very good value. The shower installation, completed for my father in law by Mr Richard Cadwgan of Sparked Out Electrical was faultless! He was extremely reliable and kept me informed at all times on the progress as this was being carried out for someone with dementia. This enabled me to discuss the arrangements and the timing of the visit so that it ran smoothly. Mr Seager and his colleagues have been marvelous to work with this past couple of weeks. The job was complicated by plumbing and electrics issues but James project managed with professionalism and a customer centric attitude that went above and beyond. The 5 or 6 colleagues who arrived upon a call from James to solve various problems that were uncovered were all exceedingly good natured, polite and very hard working, It's been such a positive experience that we have asked James to quote for an extension...
