Definitely 5 star service, Prompt, efficient and very good pricewise. Original requirement was for internal lighting. Have since used again for exterior lighting. Will be first port of call for any future electrical work and would definitely recommend to others.

John turned up promptly, took time and equipment to inspect indoors how damp was getting in from roof and explain possible causes, then quick to get ladder to the roof to investigate further. He explained everything, took photos up on the roof with his phone, and his advice and quote seemed reasonable and not pushy. Came back in a day, did all the work up on the roof which turned out to be a lot more than he thought (reconcrete parapet wall) but honoured price, came back again to replace tiles too. Top man.

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I would highly recommend London Builders.

Turned up on time, with clear comms in advance to agree date/time. Courteous and reliable. Consulted with me to ensure we achieved what was required with minimal 'making good' required. Cleaned up afterwards. Highly competitive in his pricing. I am very happy with the quality of the work Karl produced. Anthony (electrician) is a very professional gentleman who not only provided me with a very competitive quote but also an equally great service. The job itself was carefully handled and he came back to complete the job to suit my schedule (change of ceiling lights and dimmer switches). Great job, done to a very professional standard. The lads always turned up on time and were able to help with some unforeseen issues caused by a damp wall and flooring. The original job was for a kitchen refit but they were able to help us with all the other problems with no extra hands required.

If you want somebody who is reliable and going to do exactly what you ask for, then Andrew is the person to help. He was extremely reliable which is hard to get sometimes, and did everything so quickly and to a high standard. I will be recommending him for sure in future.

Jamie installed led lighting in the kitchen and dining room, along with a central light fitting. He arrived promptly, did an excellent job and was polite, easy-going and helpful throughout. Really happy to recommend him and will definitely use his services again.
