I was contacted via email to inform me who would be ringing and when, to arrange a time to look at what my needs were. Appointment was kept and on time Russel introduced himself and listened to me. No pressure good advice and options given price given. Good quality customer care. Date to be fixed for work to progress very pleased so far

This was my first experience of using Rated People so I didn't know what to expect albeit I don't usually expect anything that way I don't end up disappointed. However, having chosen 1st choice as my preferred supplier over others that got in contact I am confident that I my decision was fully justified. I was very impressed with Neil and the work carried out. Everything was installed to a high standard and it looks great. A friendly and professional approach throughout and would highly recommend to anyone looking for an electrician in the future. I will definitely be using his services again.

Very professional and customer focused. Very polite, informative and knowledgeable. Took shoes off when in our house. Did a fabulous job on the consumer unit considering the mess they had to start with. Very good price also; would use them again if I needed similar work.

Ben has been incredibly supportive throughout my project. Giving me options and ideas every stage and allowing me to make a decisions in my own time. Matthew overcharged for materials. He told me he paid £40 at Screwfix for the spikes. I was shocked and asked for a copy of the receipt but he didn't provide it. I did pay him in cash for the work then checked the price at Screwfix. The cost is £29.99 not £40. As a result, I cannot recommend him.

Actually, didn't do the job I posted on Rated people, but carried out other work for me. This was to a good enough standard that I have asked to be quoted on getting more work done along the lines of what was ordinarily asked for.

Some of the work was good like the trimming of the shrub and bushes. The weeding was hopeless as they have not been pulled up by the roots and some of it was not touched at all. Some of my plants were trampled on and the rose stems forcefully pushed through the obelisk were broken in their hurry to finish by five. I don't think they had any intention of returning as I was not pleased with their weeding work which was the main aspect of their work_ to get the ground ready for planting. The work has been left
