This was my first experience of using Rated People so I didn't know what to expect albeit I don't usually expect anything that way I don't end up disappointed. However, having chosen 1st choice as my preferred supplier over others that got in contact I am confident that I my decision was fully justified. Steve is a nice man, who carried out all the work to a high standard. But more importantly he was professional , reliable and communicates well. Always prepared to go the extra mile should you need it. There was a sense of trust from the beginning. I would highly recommend he is used. Shaun is extremely knowledgeable and came up with a fantastic solution for us. He is professional, great with communication and when our job spec changed, it was not a problem. Lewis and his team arrived onsite ready to start work immediately. I was impressed by their professional friendly approach and the level of skill, craftmanship and attention to detail from all of the team members during the rewire. Finally, my wife and I were confident we were in good hands and would highly recommend Lewis and plan to have him back next year to carry out further work.
