This was my first experience of using Rated People so I didn't know what to expect albeit I don't usually expect anything that way I don't end up disappointed. However, having chosen 1st choice as my preferred supplier over others that got in contact I am confident that I my decision was fully justified. Glen was on time and and was very pleasant and professional. He explained what the problem was with my door handles and showed me the failed springs. He explained how the locking mechanism worked so that I fully understood the problem. Although he didn't have any black handles with him, he did have some white ones and I was happy with those so he did the job there and then to save a return visit. He also adjusted both the front an back doors for me. Very pleased.

Good quality finsh with Valburn being something of a perfectionist in getting everything right. He wasn't rushed by time just wanted to do it properly. Highly recommended

Martin kindly arranged to come round to do an electrical inspection the following day after he called. He arrived on time, fully explaining the outcome of the review and giving me a couple of options to resolve the problems, not just the most expensive. Will use again. Thanks

Found Grabiel on rated people and was apprehensive at first as there were no reviews, but there was no need to worry . Turned up in time, did what was asked and cleaned up after himself when finished. Cut two oak work tops and routered the hole for a Belfast sink. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend .very reasonably priced.
