Sadly, an initially pleasant experience soured after asking for a receipt/written confirmation of agreed guarantee. Work appeared to be carried out to a good standard (as far as I could tell). Unfortunately, despite promising on the day that he would email me a receipt the following day, nothing was forthcoming. After subsequent promises, still nothing. Tom's stopped responding and/or blocked me - all to avoid sending a receipt for some reason! Cannot recommend on the basis of post-work exprience.
