SMK & Son responded to my call for a badly leaking roof, immediately. It turned out to be very serious and in the end they replaced the whole roof in awful weather. They organised everything very professionally. Cannot fault them. HIGHLY recommended. Do not hesitate to use them.

I’ve been given 512 words to review Kyle and his team and only need one- AMAZING. However, I did warn Kyle, that I had so much to say that 512 might not be enough- I will try to keep it short and to the point! I have never met someone who is so enthusiastic and passionate about what they do. If his motto should be anything it should be ‘we can do that’ and he does it BRILLIANTLY. Replaced four fence support posts which were rotted at the bottom and struggling to keep the fence upright in the awful weather. Work was completed quickly and kept to the quoted amount, which included all materials and disposal of old posts. Also took the time to check that our neighbours were happy with the work as the fence is shared with them. Kept in regular contact through text before the work began, and explained what he was working on throughout the job.

The work was tidy and James was able to talk me through the issue he saw and steps we would take before commencing the work, handy for long distance landlords. Timing skipped due to an medical issue.

George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful

Simon completed the work as we agreed on time, price as quoted and cleared the site. The only thing I had to do was wash down the site which I expected to do. I would recommend Simon to carry out any water supply work. Paul W.

Matthew overcharged for materials. He told me he paid £40 at Screwfix for the spikes. I was shocked and asked for a copy of the receipt but he didn't provide it. I did pay him in cash for the work then checked the price at Screwfix. The cost is £29.99 not £40. As a result, I cannot recommend him.
