Very helpful & professional. On a job to install a shower, went that extra mile to also fit a support for the shower curtain rail for no extra charge - and the charge for the job-proper was very reasonable too. In these days when finding a decent & reliable plumber is hard, I'm definitely keeping hold of his business card.

Chris was excellent. He contacted me very quickly and came to the house the same day to give me the quotation. This was emailed to me within 24 hours to confirm the price. John installed our en suite shower room and tiled the floor and walls. We provided the sanitary ware and John helped source tiles with his trade discount. The work was done on time and to a high standard. We would recommend John to anyone looking for a reliable, quality tradesman.

Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.

This company was amazing. The job was tricky but they kept at it finally restoring heating where others couldn’t They had to raise carpets flooring and floorboards but everything was put back perfectly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

Fantastic job! Came out really quickly to give very reasonable and thorough quote. Explained everything throughout and excellent communication.
