I cannot recommend Alistair highly enough. We have had a total re fit of our shower room and Alistair coordinated all the tradesmen needed to complete the work to a really high standard. He is reliable, professional and a perfectionist in his work and nothing is too much trouble to .ensure his customers are totally happy with the results. We would not hesitate to use Alistair again for any plumbing work we need.

Arrived exactly as promised and was extremely friendly and did a very efficient job on boiler service including replacing a graphite seal which I was unaware of the necessity of this being replaced on a regular 5 year basis. He also repaired a leak on the downstairs toilet radiator which was not charged for. More than happy to recommend James to anyone requiring a heating engineer.

Not the cheapest (nor the most expensive) of those who provided quotes. However I found them thoroughly competent, reliable, hard-working and professional. Based upon my experience I would have no hesitation recommending them to anybody who wants high quality workmanship and attention to detail.

James is a pleasant young man whose standard of workmanship is very good. He understood the requirements of the job - transforming a very ugly toilet into an inviting one - he worked very hard to meet expectations - to which he succeeded. Bailey arrived on time to quote for a complete refit and layout change in our main bathroom and full refit of the en-suite.
