William kept his word and arrived at my address as agreed. despite me not being at home he assessed the damage, called me and we agreed for the job to be carried out. He did not only put back in place the missing tile, but also repaired the roof edges where the cements were missing.

Robert and Scott where both brilliant, friendly, polite and kept us informed on what they were doing at all times,they turned up when they said they would, and cleaned up as much as possible before leaving, they did an excellent job and did not leave till they were satisfied and made sure we were,all in all from the first visit to the finished work very professional, and you could see that there experience and knowledge was extensive. Jose and his colleagues were extremely hardworking, reliable, polite and friendly. They completed the work in the time originally estimated with a minimum of fuss to a vey high standard.
