First time using Rated People and it was first class great online communications and follow up processes. Mike Baker was first rate from initial call back through to completion. Took time to talk through requirements, meet on site to survey and estimate the work, providing a clear cost and timescale. The work completed to an excellent standard well within the parameters in my Rated People enquiry. We told Pedro what we wanted and he did some CGI images for us, we chatted on the phone about stuff and also things we liked. His attention to detail was brilliant, he worked quickly and kept us up to date with the projects development with pictures. Nothing was too much trouble, and we couldn't be happier with the completed job. In fact we have divided this project in two, phase one is now done and we will start phase two early next year. We believe our clients should get to know the tradesman/people who are working on their project and not find that they are paying for a constant supply of strangers who are just on site to do a job as quickly as possible. With over 25 years of electrical, plumbing, carpentry and project management experience on multi million pound projects our aim is to provide the best quality per project budget. Projects are priced to allow us to have your job done with care and so a 10 year craftsmanship warranty can be provided. With this in mind we have a very open and transparent pricing matrix so you are fully aware how price so that any extra works that you might want doing is fair and reasonable. We believe an informed client is in everyones bests interest, so we will actually sit down with you, go over your remit and when necessary ask questions on design, build and equipment that we feel you might also need. We have found that in the past this allows you to have as close to a final price prior to agreeing to have the works done thus meeting expectations were reasonable practicable. My working life started when I was 11 where I helped to rebuilt a luscumbe silvare 8e light aircraft and a triumph TR6, at 13 I started working at a family theme park where I undertook maintenance tasks until the age of 19; in this time I worked on hydraulic, pneumatic and electromechanical timer systems. The knowledge I gained was amazing and very interesting. I went to college at the age of 17 where I studied full time as an electrician, plumber, carpenter and electronics engineer, this has allowed my professional career to be an eclectic mix within the construction industry. I rather enjoy doing some intricate work where a high level of detail is required, but I am also happy doing odd small jobs too.
