1. Turned up 1.5 hours late to my property. Didn’t even have the courtesy to call until 1 hour had passed. 2. Didn’t have the right tools to complete the job. Dean was responsive, helpful and proactive. He came out to attend our leaky bath tap quickly and replaced it. He was also able to fix our water stop tap and a leak on the hot water tank very promptly. As a bonus he was also able to confirm that our boiler did NOT in fact need £3k of work done under warranty as advised by a commercial firm last weekend! All in money well spent & we shall use Dean again without hesitation.
