Other people quoted work which was over-the-top or wouldn't have solved the problem but John got right to the issue in a no-nonsense way. I was badly disappointed with the work, discussed this with Petru, sent him photos, he was still adamant he had done excellent work. I had to engage another contractor, who I had to pay not only to do the work, but to undo the poor outcome of Petru's work. I hired Petru based on his excellent feedback, and considered asking him to do more work in my home; I regret that decision, and will not hire contractors via websites like this any time again.

Nicolae was punctual, knowledgable and tidy! He tried to identify a leak (turns out the problem may be the washing machine rather than a problem with pipes). He helped rectify the washing machine. He tidied up after himself. Cannot fault him. I have already asked him to return to do other works in my home.
