I received a call from kevin immediately after I placed the ad. He came at the time he said he would and charged the price agreed on the phone. Kevin was v professional and courteous. Stephen and Damo did an excellent job of removing part of a wall and installing an RSJ. He was quick to send over a quote, was able to fit in the work before Christmas and generally did an excellent job with it all.
