Very happy with Rimi. He at all times came up with ideas and solutions. We had a rear garden job. Involved brick work, decking, retiling, soil work,painting, creating new landscape overall. Andy chose an FD30 door. He asked for £250 in advance which I paid as he seemed trustworthy. He trimmed the door and has damaged top and bottom. No peephole as promised. The door is of no use as it does not comply to Fire Regs in many ways despite his assurances and can't be fixed. It is not self-closing, the gaps along the sides and top are too wide, a bit of the fame is missing where he removed the old lock. The intumescent strip is not properly attached. He is demanding more money on top of his quote.

I'm absolutely thrilled with the custom TV and bookshelf unit that Igor and his tea built for me. The craftsmanship is top-notch — everything is solid, well-aligned, and beautifully finished. It fits the space perfectly and looks exactly how I envisioned it The shelving offers plenty of room for books and décor, while the TV area is neatly integrated, giving the whole wall a clean and modern look.
