Sadly we arranged a day, no show, no contact nothing. I left a message (just one) asking to let me know if he was still coming. No response. Next day I received a message very early, no explanation, no apology! It wasn’t convenient for the job to be done the following day. Having discussed this in initial contact. Communication is key and when there is none confidence in the person goes. I was worried about the distance but was assured that it wasn’t an issue! Very disappointing experience.?

Matthew was the first to contact me once the ad went out. He was able to pop round the next day, source a difficult to find replacement fan, and fit it the day after he received it. And with a smile! The agreed price was reasonable and the invoice has yet to arrive. All in all great service and a good job done.

Will came with a team to our home to update our fuse board, earth our gas and water and help us out with a lot of unknown /unused outdoor cables. Darren is an amazing Electrian, his work is neat and precise. He did find an unexpected complication and after consulting with me rectified the problem, this came at a little extra cost but it was a necessary addition. Within minutes of posting my job Jonathan rang me to enquire if I still needed an electrician to update my smoke detectors & gave me a very competitive quote. I agreed & we arranged an evening appointment as this was my best time. He arrived the next evening as arranged on time & was polite & professional. The work was carried out neatly & without any fuss & advised me on the smoke detectors he had fitted. I highly recommend him & wouldn’t hesitate to contact him for any future electrical work.
