We were only planning to have new wooden double glazed windows for the front of the house, but were actually able to have new windows for the whole house. However, I paid a deposit for the work, the job was never started, communication stopped, despite me reaching out via phone and email, and I never received my deposit back. Highly disappointing after a great experience the first time round. I would not recommend.

Do not use this trader. I have used Wayne in the past and he completed the job as quoted. Re-booked again this Easter to supply and fit carpet. He took the cash (over £1000) and we have been unable to contact him since. Currently going through small claims to try and get our money back.
