They were punctual, polite, and trustworthy, completing the job — detailed pointing, brickwork replacement, installing a new gutter and downpipe, repairing a wooden patio door, and tiling. All work done to a high standard with quality materials. He provided valuable advice, and the site was left clean. I can't believe he said these things as he is aware that he is lying completely. First lie: I told him after two weeks about broken cooker handle as it can be proved that I left my feedback about my broken cooker handle after 3 days he did the work. This proves that he can't be trusted in anyone's home as he can say anything. We had to pay plumber and we had to use our insurance to replace the broken handle. This guy has installed my electric wiring need but unfinished the job. Charged me more than full price but very unorganized and poor work. He even openly exposed the plug which has been exploded after a few months he installed this. Extremely horrible guy! No one should hire him ever.

Pathetic behaviour of the owner, I requested services for which i was asked to pay half of the money upfront, the guys turned up did not completed the requested job by saying its too late now we have to drive two hours to go back home? Never turned up to do rest of the work! Instead damaged my property never apologised for that neither returned to even check it. Avoid and dont pay in advance

Workmen friendly and the work they carried out was to a reasonable standard. BUT they let themselves down when it came to getting them back to finish the job as bad weather prevented them from completing. I had to do all the chasing and they made excuses why they couldn’t return and now they aren’t responding to either text or email. Should have realised when they wanted payment for the work carried out on day 1 - in hindsight I don’t think they ever intended on returning.

A few weeks after the repair the first problem occurred, I called them but they wanted to charge me a call out fee of £49.00 to have a look at it after I paid £150.00 to have it repaired. I refused thus called a different locksmith who noted that the cylinder was too short for the new lock and page security should have known this and changed it while fitting the new lock. Now I have a temperamental lock that works 1/20 called them again and was told I have to pay £49.00 to have someone look at it.

This company is Totally a waste of time I spoke with a Mr Shane, we booked an appointment for Thursday for him to come and start the job. I took the day off from work and had to arrange for childcare for my 7 month y/o so I could be free tried calling numerous times, days leading up to the appointment no answer left voicemails no response ended up not showing and I have now got to look for an alternative last min have lost money as I cant work and have had to pay for childcare. *Avoid* this tradesman.
