I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. I would definitely recommend. I love the new porch, and it makes me smile when coming home. Dave was very helpful, and talked about what changes I might want, listened and came up with answers. He kept me in the loop throughout the build, and updates on when to expect him to arrive. I would have no hesitation in recommending him for any carpentry work based on the work he has done for me, so much so, I have asked him to quote for a couple of other jobs I need doing. James did a bathroom refit for us, converting two rooms into one, and installing a new bathroom. Despite being a challenging job, James did excellent work through to completion. He even cleaned up the site after himself. He’s very skilled, honest and hard working. We highly recommend James.
I apologise for not having posted a rating before now. I thought I had already done so. Our loft conversion has transformed how we live.The cost was fair. The work was carried out to a good standard, quickly and tidily with minimum disruption. We are happy with the result. The "Boys" were friendly and easy to have about and full of good advice. I would use Roy again and have already recommended to others.

No Tops Tiles representative has visited my property. I can also confirm via an independent civil engineering survey the floor is not moving. The under floor heating has never worked, the electrician utilised by Mr Williams has identified a break in the circuit which happened during the laying of the tiles. I have video evidence of the leaks should anyone which to see it. I would not allow Mr Williams back into my property due his lack of ability to rectify the problems he created.
