They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.

City Glazing LTd fitted new windows in my tenanted house when I was away without air vent. He promised to come back and fit the ventilations. For nearly a year, the house is suffering from mould and condensation and he hasn't done anything,.
Excellent tradesman. Kyle quoted on the evening that he came round. We wanted a new quality front door. Came around when agreed. Worked very hard and to a very high standard. Even came around the following week when I had painted the door to fit the remaining ironmongery (that I couldn't do!) / make minor adjustments after the door had been hung for a week. Very pleased with the workmanship standard. Very reasonable rates and a reliable chap. Would definitely use him again.

We were only planning to have new wooden double glazed windows for the front of the house, but were actually able to have new windows for the whole house. Would not recommend, was inconsiderate, turned up at my home late at night twice unexpectedly. Did not paint neatly - didn’t use frog tape I provided - painted into my ceiling and skirting boards. Ruined my original fireplace by splashing paint on it. Left my home dirty with all the rubbish left behind. Did not have basic tools that a professional tradesperson would usually have - used my new hoover and left paint all over it and used it to hoover up wallpaper which made it jam.

George responded quickly to my request, gave a very reasonable quote, did a really quite tricky and complicated job above a conservatory, to fix cracks in the pebbledash of an external wall, and seal all around the windows. A fortnight later he re-plastered internally. George gives the impression of being somewhat chaotic! But he is extremely experienced, knows what he is doing, and actually did a very good job. The timings and quote agreed to were respected, he was polite and cordial, and communicated well

Sadly as much as the extension looks fine on the outside, there have been too many issues behind the scenes that we have had to get remedied, which has been a huge additional ongoing cost to us. The team are not experts and will not do a thorough job. We have recently had to deal with a big health and safety electrical issue due to their inability to do things properly. We now wish we that we had engaged someone else.
