Finding a decent company is like breathing fresh air. Leading up to the job, communication was excellent. Theo answered all the questions I needed to build that initial trust. It was potentially going to be a messy Job, but Theo was thoughtful in coming up with a solution to minimise the level of dust we would have had to spend days cleaning up afterwards. Excellent service from Alex. Came out straight away and gave me an estimate and a date to complete the work. On the day he kept me informed what was going on and how he was progressing with the job. Left everything tidy and clean. Will be using him again later this year, overall very satisfied with work. Alex was great.
I am very pleased with the service recieved from Alex. He quicky provided a competitive quote and arranged to get the work done on a Saturday morning. It involved the repair of an external door and he moved other jobs around so he could get to this sooner because it affected the security of the building. The repair looks great and he has painted the door frame for us. Alex even agreed to adjusting a door closer whilst there at no extra charge. I will use McLaurin Joinery again.
