James was very reliable, staying in touch before the job was done which helped my confidence. He quoted on exactly what we asked for. He turned up as promised. When he was able to look into the work in detail and it turned out not all of the work was required, he kept me informed and lowered the quoted price accordingly. I would recommend James to anyone.

First time I have used rated people website and had just 1 reply. Apple Carpentry though have been great. We needed to have 2 large windows in a 1930s house replaced but didn't want to have UPVC. Communication from the Company was excellent and the finished product is outstanding. We would definitely recommend them to anybody wishing to have a high quality joinery project completed. Our windows look amazing and are exact copy of the old frames and they also managed to use the original lead glass.

John turned up to complete an electrical standards test of my kitchen within a few hours of me posting the job on Rated People which was great. He even managed to turn off the water for me when he discovered a leak from a toilet upstairs which was great as I wasn't at the property at the time. Cost was a little higher than I was expecting, but he was prompt and did everything he needed to do professionally.

The only one of six P&D`s to turn up after saying they would do the job for us.( P&B Maintenance were the only Rated People tradesmen who answered our advert and we were not disappointed). They gave me a quote which we felt was acceptable and agreed a start date. Elliot and Charlie came on the day agreed and got on with the job in hand. They worked well during the day and finished the painting job for us. well done. ps. They did not need to have a radio blaring away like some, this was appreciated.

Luke turned up to do the job early and discovered the fault immediately, he had to leave to go and buy a light fitting. He kept the Labour to under an hour and this included his trip to go to the store. I am highly impressed with his work, professionalism and promptness. Mike has been professional, honest, polite, reliable, hard working and communicative throughout and prior to works. He has often gone over and above his remit by making constructive comments on further aspects of the work we need doing, Work undertaken required structural steels putting in place with a wall removing, in addition to a refurbished roof and a new roof construction, I would not hesitate to use Mike again and would certainly recommend.

Hi, we carry out various gardening jobs, from cutting grass, to landscaping. We are a very reliable company and no job is to small or big.
