Thanks to Michael and the team for a great job rendering the chimney breast in the attic. Quoted and works completed in less than 48hrs. Not the cheapest of the quotes I received, but went with the positive reviews and wasn't disappointed.

AVOID. Let us down very badly. Came to site all smiles and agreed a price and shook hands. We confirmed the price and scope of works in writing and he confirmed back to start and finish over the bank holiday. Our client had arranged to stay elsewhere. The day before he was due to start, he cancelled with a lame excuse. Totally left us looking very stupid and the client very upset. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.

I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.

NOT RECOMMENDED - Extremely disappointing experience. I posted an insurance-related job on 3 August 2025 with a clear two-week deadline to repair a severely damaged kitchen ceiling. Lee from L P Projects Ltd initially responded, but arranging a site visit was unnecessarily complicated. Despite securing the morning appointment he requested, he cancelled without notice and never followed up. No explanation, no rescheduling, and no quote provided. This lack of professionalism wasted valuable time.

Mike did a fantastic job (thank you) - my bathroom is divine and the workmanship and finish is fabulous. He's a good, tidy worker, friendly and helpful, and very trustworthy. Delroy Davis plastered two rooms and my hallway and he did a fantastic job. He was punctual, always communicated very well and his plastering is of the highest quality. I would highly recommend him.
