Neil did a systematic and detailed check on all the electrics to not only find the fault and repair it, but went the extra mile to check the other lights to ensure that the problem wouldn't recurr. Took his advice and switched from halogens to led downlighters. Very pleased with the service, especially as it was a Sunday and didn't charge extra for weekend work.

If I'll ever need a fridge engineer, Keith will definitely be my man again. I could not recommend him with more pleasure. And it ain't because of the reasonable price he asked me for my fridge, but because of the commitment he put in its job. He came to my place to collect the fridge and provided a friendly and honest quote. He also made a long test after the fix and he came back to deliver back the fridge 3 days later. And, last but not least, all done with a smile! In a few words: A real professional!

Paul and Andy have done a brilliant job and I can not recommend them highly enough. They explained what they needed to do and left the kitchen clean, tidy and fully functional-the cooker looks great. Paul set out a clear quote at the start and arrived on time. I will definitely ask them back in a few months when we get a new dishwasher.

After being let down I approached Andy and Ross: What a team I am absolutely delighted with my shower room, They paid attention to every detail nothing was a problem they are very professional and take pride in their work to achieve job satisfaction which I am very happy with good quality finishes and great value for money. corstorphine gas came, priced the work and parts, then came back and fixed the problem. Derek was promt, knowledgable , and did a good job. happy to use them again.

Top professional job by West energy services. Shame the guys that fitted the boiler to the property and promised the yearly service and warranty on the £1500 job couldn’t even reply to emails and texts. West gas services no job too small and thanks for turning out during the current crisis on time and on budget. Top marks??

Done an excellent job of installing new boiler, radiators and pipes. From quote to completion everything went smoothly. Communication was spot on and Scott arranged all the necessary trades to get this job completed in one day. Banter was pretty good too. Would definitely use again.

Initially very responsive and professional at temporary fix for initial problem. Agreed to return to provide proper longer-term solution but never turned up - twice - on agreed dates. No communication or explanation despite being chased via e-mail, text and phone calls.

A very polite and responsible tradesman who took on the job we required which was to install new heating system in our house. I would have no problems recommending Gavin to any of my friends/relatives if they require any work done in his areas of expertise.

Following my posting of the job, Johnny was quickly in touch and we arranged a day and time for him to visit the property that was convenient to me. The job itself was done with minimum fuss, the end result is good and, all in all, this job was very good value for money.

They installed a water heater that broke after 1 hour and they wouldn't replace it or fix it obviously I was very disappointed and £200 out of pocket and without hot water. I only needed one as an emergency and basically found myself in the worst situation i could image and not a care in the world from these tradesmen.

Avoid this company,say more than their prayers,payed them £510 to erected a shed. ,they where missing bits that go on the shed,had them back still bits not put on,phone them about it ,said they would be back a few times ,but never appear,same old story once they get payed they don’t want to know,I would never employ them again,bad lot
