Arcbright responded within half an hour of me loading the job, correctly diagnosed the problem over the phone and turned up the next day, on time and with the relevant new parts. They reparied our emersion heater very quickly, efficiently and at a very reasonable rate. We have had no further problems at all and I would thoroughly recommend them.
A fantastic experience - we could tell Darren was a professional from the moment he first visited and his work and professionalism was of the highest order.
