Neil was amazing with my total house rewire, this was my first time using Rated as I am a new homeowner. WHAT A FIND!. He took the time to discuss all my ideas and even suggested one which I haven't even thought of. Did the rewire in two days and had a plasterer on hand to make good after. (who was also excellent) Neil even came back to hook up my appliances as I couldn't fit them till the rewire was done. If I ever need electrical work I know who i'm calling. Can't recommend enough

Turned up when he said he would and dealt with the problem quickly and with the minimum of fuss. Asked to come back to also sort out failsafe in casr the issue arose again. All done within 72 hours of first contact. Will definitely use again.

Chris did a great job very responsive came tonight checked the job did it there and then as I needed it doing as had some more work due. Would defo recommend and all ready booked some more work with him top notch ????????

Joe and his team did an excellent job from start to finish on my garage conversion. He is flexible in his approach to work and always willing to keep his customers happy by doing extras where needed. Joe completed the work by the agreed end date and proved to be very reliable and trustworthy. I will be hiring him again for other jobs around my property.

AW Home and Garden expressed an interest in doing work on our guttering and downspout and replacing a post for our washing line After a conversation with them we agreed a date and cost for the work. I needed someone to replace my condemned boiler asap. I accepted their reasonable quote on Tuesday pm and they replaced my boiler 4 days later on a Saturday. I could not be happier with the work they did. From start to finish, they worked throughout in a professional, thoughtful manner. When completed, there was no evidence that they had been!! They cleared up really well and even offered to replace my furniture for me. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others. Well done!

As the project had a tight deadline and my builder would be working at the same time, I needed an electrician who could liaise with him and get the job done in a timely fashion. Kevin didn't disappoint. He gave a competitive and thorough quote and stuck to it - plus all certificates which I needed for Building regulations were handed over on completion. Kevin's experience really showed. He gave me advice on choosing fittings etc and made sure I was happy with everything before it was fitted - the job went exactly as planned. Top job from a top bloke.
