Jeff was very pleasant and put me at ease straight away, he was proffessional but not patronising. (which I find can be the singular thing that would stop me from employing a tradesman) His work was excellent and I would not hesitate to call on his services again.
Russ came when he said he would, did an excellent job and charged reasonably for it. He was also flexible when we messed him about with dates and times.
