Richard was here when he said he would be, did the work quickly and professionally, and coped with some unexpected problems well (late arrival of the basin I ordered, and a leaky pipe only discovered once the tiles were off). Super friendly guy and from what I can tell a competent electrician. Had cash flow problems which unfortunately created lots of issues for my bigger job. Would certainly recommend for smaller jobs
