I am a an electrician with over 17 years experience. I specialise in domestic, commercial and industrial work, ranging from smaller jobs such as new sockets and lights, to bigger projects such as rewires and fit outs. I completed a City and Guilds apprenticeship when I first started in 2008. I am an inspector and tester so can faultfind, rectify and commission electrical systems.
Sadly we arranged a day, no show, no contact nothing. I left a message (just one) asking to let me know if he was still coming. No response. Next day I received a message very early, no explanation, no apology! It wasn’t convenient for the job to be done the following day. Having discussed this in initial contact. Communication is key and when there is none confidence in the person goes. I was worried about the distance but was assured that it wasn’t an issue! Very disappointing experience.?

Aaron came out quickly to give us a quote to change bath to step in shower. Gave us a good price and was able to fit us in because of a cancellation. Amazing from start to finish. Paul came out immediately to our house to give us a quote. He was very knowledgeable and advised us on where plugs would be best to suit the layout of the house. He made sure we were happy with everything and did not pressure us into adding more than necessary. He then worked out a price there and then and got us booked in. The rewire itself was conducted by Stephen and his team, who took great care of the house whilst we were staying with family and met all standards.
