Proact Property replaced my boiler and retiled my bathroom. The service was excellent and very professional. Everything was explained in detail and put onto a job sheet before I agreed to the work. The workmen who came to do the job were friendly, and very tidy at the end of each day. I would highly recommend them to others.

Ian is reliable, honest, well mannered and completed a good tiling job. I've given 4 out of 5 stars for workmanship as I've not used the shower yet (need to put the shower door on) but I'm sure it will be OK. I would be happy to hire him again.

I had 4 light fittings installed and one of those were moved. Also a electric plug socket moved. I'm was really impressed by the quality of workmanship and highly recommend Paul. I will be using his services again. Very reasonably priced, on time and cleaned up well.

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I would highly recommend London Builders.

Oli is superb. Tidy, conscious, and adaptable. He stripped out the plasterboard walls and studwork in our home prior to remodelling. He worked quickly and confidently and respected our home. Whilst stripping out he came across some asbestos and he dealt with it appropriately, contacting an asbestos registered colleague and bagging it up and safety removing it at a very reasonable cost. We plan on using him again soon

I can't believe he said these things as he is aware that he is lying completely. First lie: I told him after two weeks about broken cooker handle as it can be proved that I left my feedback about my broken cooker handle after 3 days he did the work. This proves that he can't be trusted in anyone's home as he can say anything. We had to pay plumber and we had to use our insurance to replace the broken handle. Craig did an amazing job on my bathroom! He went out of his way to get everything done on time and was neat and extremely efficient. He charged me more than fairly for a such high standard of work and I couldn't be happier with the results.
