Arcbright responded within half an hour of me loading the job, correctly diagnosed the problem over the phone and turned up the next day, on time and with the relevant new parts. They reparied our emersion heater very quickly, efficiently and at a very reasonable rate. We have had no further problems at all and I would thoroughly recommend them.

They turned up on time every day, worked 7 days a week to get the job done, listened to what I wanted. They cleaned up after themselves every day and just worked constantly throughout the day.The price quoted was very competitive. I would definately use them again. I spoke to dozens of builders and had given up trying to find someone decent to do a full extension at a reasonable price, so I put an ad on here instead just for the key structural jobs. Pete came round and his knowledge, advice and very reasonable price for those elements resulted in me giving him all the work for the extension build and I'm very glad I did because he did an amazing job (thanks Pete!)
