I am a self employed tradesman, with over 18 years experience. I specializes in the wet trade (plastering, all types of rendering, dashing, screed floor and concrete work), I am also experience in wood flooring, tilling, slabbing etc.
Started off very well. Putting on the tiles was extremely good but the grouting was a different ballgame. Not that good I'm afraid. Some parts not the best and grout dried out all over every tile which took 2 1/2 hours to clean off. Very surprised.

Left carpet and 2 sets of my ladders covered in plaster. Paid for 2 days work when it only took 1. Had to patch up parts he had missed through rushing the job. Didn't have the correct tools for plastering round the stairs. Used my ladders. Didn't even have enough covers for the carpet.

Spoke with the cust and when the job was done he was pleased and they noticed issues a day or so after. Could not get in touch with Emanuel so he could come back and rectify the issues but could not get through message stated phone not in use. i tried and left a vm then had to send an email. Emanuel did call the cust and went out , the cust is pleased with his job that was done last night but is still upset about what it's took to get the fitter back 3 star rating

Only two companies expressed an interest in my exterior decorating job, the first being situated +/- 50 miles away which, logistically seemed less than ideal and certainly not local. The second, Haus Company, was closer to my location and was awarded the job. The team of two, Robbie and Paddy, worked hard during a torrid heatwave and completed the work in 5 days as planned. Following some work done successfully in 2022 by this company, I reached out to have some similar work done in 2024. However, I paid a deposit for the work, the job was never started, communication stopped, despite me reaching out via phone and email, and I never received my deposit back. Highly disappointing after a great experience the first time round. I would not recommend.

Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. When the work was ongoing the area was always left clean and as tidy as possible . I would recommend Ian 100% , and would use him again.
