Hi I would rate mac security very highly and can recommend there work. Mike was very professional through the whole process of the work from quoting to installation of my CCTV system All the work was carried out as agreed in my quote and at the agreed price, Mike arrived on time, explained exactly what was happening, installed my system cleaned up after installation , and explained in detail how to operate the system. Complete bathroom refurbishment and we couldn't have imagined a better end product. These lads work very hard, they're professional & reliable. Absolutely fantastic, called and completed job within hours of posting my ad. Would definitely recommend that anyone who doesn't have a clue about alarm systems, then ask for Paul. Talked us through it, step by step, explained in full all the techy stuff and best of all didn't want a fortune for it. Nice to meet a real genuine professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Robert Heilds came to give me an estimate. He was clear about what was necessary and gave me a fixed price for the job. We agreed a date and time and when he was held up, he contacted me to let me know and attended as soon as he could. The job was completed as I expected and he told me to get in touch if I had any subsequent problems. No problems so fae!

RAW did not get as far as doing the work I needed. I felt he was too pushy which made me feel under pressure to give him the work. I lost confidence that his priority was not a satisfied customer (and perhaps not a job well done) but obtaining the work.

after first contact by email to arrange a call back , we discussed on phone details of the job informed someone might call to look at site sounded good and promising, nothing since! no show , no calls, no emails. the description was clear and the job defined in the advert. Service level offered poor in contact terms , not what I was told and expected from such a large company . Time wasting from 1st reply.
