Unfortunately Under 1 Roof were too busy to quote within my time frame so I cannot comment on their work. James sent many photos of previous projects when asked and it would definitely approach them in the future.

Dan and his team were truly exceptional from start to finish! A very talented and highly professional team that made sure we were actively engaged on every step of a large project, covering nearly every trade possible, with one clear and obvious intention - to make all of our aspirations come true. The attention to detail on every aspect was superb, alongside excellent craftmanship delivering a tremendous finish. The Team were punctual, very friendly, always enjoyable to have in our home! They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.

Ben is excellent. Patient, communicative, he does not give up on a problem easily and is generous to boot! Not only did he fix my loo flush but he also identified and fixed my blocked washing machine! Highly recommended, I’ll definitely call on him again with any future plumbing needs. First rate! Job was to sand the floor of our flat and we set a price. After asking for more they guaranteed to finish for the extra price. A day later they pulled out of the job leaving it un finished. They said it was due to a black tar like substance. they said they had tried everything. My painter and decorator took a torch and scrapper and had it up in minutes. They had the wrong tools and seemed like first flooring job. After contacting asking to finish he said he would get back to me but failed to be reached.

I highly recommend Thomas and his team for their excellent workmanship. They were punctual, polite, and trustworthy, completing the job — detailed pointing, brickwork replacement, installing a new gutter and downpipe, repairing a wooden patio door, and tiling. All work done to a high standard with quality materials. He provided valuable advice, and the site was left clean. Working with him for the first time, I appreciated the professionalism and good rapport established. A great experience overall!

GLS did some work on our cottage, including renovating a staircase, fitting skirting boards and door frames, hanging doors and installing a built-in wardrobe. This work was quite complicated due to the age and “character” of the cottage (no straight lines!), plus working in a busy family home. They did an absolutely fantastic job. Greg and Luka were so hardworking and skilful. There was great communication at every stage and they were courteous and considerate. We are so happy with the results! Thank you.

Andrew and his team did a complete gut out, redesign and extension to our house, the work was completed a year ago but I forgot to write a review. 3 new bathrooms, new plumbing, electric, everything. The work was completed to a very high standard and he said he guaranteed it, and in the last 9 months, any issue that has come up he has come over within days and repaired anything immediately. Very honest and reliable builder
