Luke communicated efficiently at every stage in our effort to bring our communal hall up to present fire regulations. His working knowledge of what would be required was invaluable. We have the home we wanted so we are happy with the job. It wasn't just refurbishment, but constructive changes took place and also rooms were remodelled, ceiling constructions were redone and new floors were laid down. The new wall frames were built according to our specific request and in the end we were satisfied by the final job as well.
