Graham fitted our Masterclass kitchen and replaced the flooring throughout the ground floor. Despite some design faults (which were down to the kitchen supplier) Graham was able to think outside the box and recommended alterations to the design. We ended up with a different kitchen design but one which fitted the space much better. He even built 2 additional cupboards from the leftover units which were a bonus. Graham was punctual, very tidy and finished the job to an excellent standard. Highly recommended.

Steve was absolutely fantastic. He was professional, skilled, polite and diligent. He was always on time, did an excellent job and we would definitely use him again, in fact we are going to use him again. We cannot recommend him highly enough, even the other individuals he brought with him on the job were good professionals. Steve from Phoenix Refurbishments did a first class job for us. He understood exactly what we were after but was also able to make some great suggestions from his experience. He was very professional and fair and kept us well informed throughout the job. The work itself was carried out to a very high standard and we are delighted with the result. I don't normally give full marks for anything as I feel there's always room for improvement however in this instance the stars are well deserved. Carl arrived on time and completed the job within the time specified , to a high standard and carl ensured that he left our house as clean and tidy as he could , I would feel comfortable recommending him to other people and would use him again

Wonderful job. The quality of the finished product far surpassed our expectations. We asked for tiling and ended up with a full shower room such was the versatility of the team. They were incredibly flexible, my wife and I work all day but they fitted around us, even putting up with our anxious dog! Thank you SKILLZ builders ltd for such a professional job.

We hired Ionut to lay some decking and build two planters and some bench seating as well as landscape the garden and laying a new lawn. Ionut and his team did an exceptional job - the work is very neat and professional and we ended up with a great finish. They were polite, respectful and worked very hard. I have already recommended Ionut to a friend and hired him for another job (laying slate slabs) which was also done incredibly well.
